the front desk staff: Austin and Miracle (their names in English) were out of this world. They went above and beyond in helping us from helping us get our room a little early, to showing us the spa facilities where we were able to clean up from our travels until we were in our room, to the incredible pool outside the lobby where we sunned in the awesome BA warmth while we waited for the room. Then Miracle helped us when our tour guide ran late, running interference on the phone for us and Austin helped us negotiate the taxi system. Given we don’t know Spanish ( I know, I know mistake on our part) they were wonderful to assist us during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the room, the pool and the breakfast. all was comfortable, clean and spacious. A hidden gem.

Located in the eclectic Palermo district, the nondescript exterior is juxtaposed against the chic, modern interior. The rooms are generously sized and have a minimalist feel. Very comfortable bed and well appointed bathrooms. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. After checking out and storing my luggage at the hotel, the staff offered my the use of the gym changing room to shower and change my clothes before heading to the airport. Great customer service.

The staff is simply super! Matias, Gonzalo, and Denise were especially lovely. They really went out of their way to care for us. The location is super! The neighborhood is so great! Very walkable. The hotel is spotless. They give you refillable water bottles, and exchange them with fresh water daily. The pool is pristine. The AC is cold. Breakfast is good, with many options for vegan, vegetarian, GF, and meat eaters. This hotel is just great!

Everything …the facilities, rooms, value for money and the most important jewel in the Ilum crown is the staff. They were so helpful , patient, informative , friendly …I could go on. From the Front of House (sorry we left in a rush and did not get all your names)Adriana and all the staff in the restaurant . Thank you for a memorable stay - we even got a cake for our birthday …amazing

Great location -- surrounded by every type of restaurant imaginable -- and an absolutely amazing staff: super cordial, attentive, and welcoming. Clean, comfortable rooms with king beds.
